Product documentation

A reference for every part of the platform as it works today.

Core concepts

  • Organization — your account. Holds the subscription, members, budgets, integrations and all data. Members have Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer roles.
  • Channel workspace — one YouTube channel: niche, audience, branding, pillars, voice settings, production presets, publishing mode, budgets and financial assumptions.
  • Video project — the production workspace for one video, moving through statuses from Idea to Published and Analytics Monitoring. Every script version, fact-check, voiceover, render, thumbnail, approval, cost and publication is stored on the project.
  • Agent run — one execution of an agent, with its input, output, provider, tokens, cost, attempts and status.
  • Workflow — an orchestrated sequence of agent steps with dependencies, approvals and a budget.

Competitor Intelligence

Create a watchlist (one is created automatically per channel), then add channels by URL, @handle, channel ID or a video URL — or use Discover to search by keyword. Scans collect channel statistics and recent uploads through the YouTube Data API, record dated observations, and compute baselines, outliers (views ÷ channel median), views per day, a labeled CTR proxy and thumbnail metrics. Qualifying outliers become opportunities you can send to the Research Agent. Without an API key you can load a demonstration dataset; demo records are always labeled.

Research and strategy

Research reports validate a topic independently and show an eight-factor opportunity score with per-factor confidence and rationale. Approve a report to start a video project. Content Strategy builds 30/60/90-day plans whose items you can edit, approve, reorder, research or move into production.

Production

  1. Script — generate, edit (each save is a new version), regenerate a single scene, restore older versions, then approve.
  2. Fact-check — review claims; attach sources to resolve unverified claims or approve with a note.
  3. Voiceover — choose provider, voice and speed; review QA results and approve.
  4. Titles & thumbnails — generate concepts and select a title and thumbnail.
  5. Video — render a preview or the final video, replace scenes with uploads if needed, review QA and approve.

Start the Script to finished video workflow from a project to have the orchestrator run these steps for you, pausing for approvals.

Publishing

Prepare a publication with title, description, tags, visibility, audience declaration and disclosures; compliance checks run immediately. With a connected YouTube channel, approving uploads the video (resumable) and sets the thumbnail; scheduling is available on Creator Pro and Studio. Without a connection, download the video, upload it in YouTube Studio and record the URL.

Analytics and finance

Analytics syncs authorized YouTube Analytics data daily (or on demand), or accepts imported metrics. Insights compare each video to your channel baselines. The finance area records every cost automatically and lets you add revenue, software and contractor costs, set budgets, and model revenue scenarios.

Integrations and API keys

Everything that depends on an external service shows its status and a connection test. API keys can be added at any time — nothing needs to be configured up front:

  • Your own keys: App → Integrations (Owners and Admins). Supported: Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Runway, Pexels and YouTube Data API.
  • Platform keys (administrators): Admin Console → AI Provider Configuration, including Google OAuth and Stripe. Keys are encrypted at rest and never displayed again.

Plans, usage and budgets

Usage allowances reset each billing period and are enforced by the server. See Pricing for exact definitions. Spending limits per video, channel and account pause expensive work until you authorize it.
