How do the AI agents work together?

Each agent has one job and a structured input and output. The Workflow Orchestrator runs them in order (for example script → fact-check → voiceover and thumbnails in parallel → video render), saves every output, tracks costs, waits for your approval at the stages you choose, and resumes from the last successful step if something fails, so completed work is not repeated or re-billed.

What makes Competitor Intelligence different from topic research?

Competitor Intelligence observes what is happening on channels you monitor: baselines, upload frequency, outlier videos and thumbnail patterns, using public data from the official YouTube Data API. The Research Agent then independently validates a candidate topic: it gathers its own evidence and sources, assesses competition, originality, production cost and monetization fit, and produces a transparent opportunity score. An outlier is a reason to investigate, not a guarantee.

Can I operate multiple YouTube channels?

Yes. Each channel workspace has its own niche, audience, branding, watchlists, research, calendar, voice settings, presets, publishing configuration, budgets and analytics. Starter includes 1 channel workspace, Creator Pro 3 and Studio 10. Each YouTube channel must be authorized separately by an account that manages it.

Can the platform generate complete videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it renders real, playable MP4 files. The built-in path combines motion-graphic scenes, kinetic typography, subtitles, a generated music bed and narration, rendered with FFmpeg. Higher-quality voices, AI images, AI video clips and stock footage are added when you connect the corresponding providers. Every render runs automated checks for missing scenes, audio problems, black frames, dimensions and subtitle alignment before you review it.

Which AI providers are supported?

Language models: Anthropic and OpenAI. Voiceover: ElevenLabs, OpenAI text-to-speech, and free local speech synthesis (Flite) for drafts. Images: OpenAI image generation. AI video: Runway (image-to-video). Stock footage: Pexels. Data and publishing: YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API and Google OAuth. Payments: Stripe. Each integration has a connection test and shows its status. When no language model is configured, a clearly labeled built-in template engine produces editable drafts instead.

Can I use my own API keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your own provider keys on the Integrations page. Keys are encrypted at rest, never shown again after saving, and usage made with your keys is billed by the provider directly to you; the platform still records estimated costs so your reports stay complete.

Does the platform publish videos automatically?

Accepted Answer

Only if you allow it. Every channel defaults to manual approval. Assisted mode prepares the upload for one-click approval, and authorized automation (Studio) publishes only when your rules and all compliance checks pass. Uploads go through the official YouTube Data API using the permissions you grant, and scheduling uses YouTube’s own publish-at feature.

What rights do I have to the content I create?

Scripts, edits and videos you create in your workspace are yours, subject to the terms of the providers involved. AI-generated voice, image and video output is governed by each provider’s terms; stock footage by its licence (for example the Pexels License); and anything you upload must be material you have the rights to use. The platform records the source and licence of every scene so you can review it before publishing.

How are stock footage and music licensing handled?

Stock clips are retrieved only from licensed providers you connect (currently Pexels), and their author and source are stored with the scene and credited in the video description. The background music bed is generated by the platform itself, so it carries no third-party licence. Uploaded music or footage is your responsibility to license.

Does the platform guarantee views or revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. The platform helps you make better-informed decisions and produce consistently, but views, subscribers, revenue and YouTube Partner Program acceptance depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. Revenue planning tools show mathematical scenarios from your own assumptions, not forecasts.

Can AI-generated videos qualify for YouTube monetization?

YouTube decides. Its policies allow monetization of videos that use AI tools when they provide original value, but content that is repetitive, mass-produced or reused can be limited or demonetized, and realistic synthetic content must be disclosed. The publishing agent runs checks for originality, repetition, synthetic-media and sponsorship disclosure before every upload; passing them does not guarantee monetization.

How are usage limits calculated?

Research operations: One Research Agent report or one Content Strategy plan generated or regenerated. Viewing, editing and exporting existing reports is free. Script-generation operations: One full script draft or one section regeneration. Manual edits, version restores and fact-check runs do not consume operations. Completed video production jobs: Counted once per video project when its first final render succeeds, up to the plan’s maximum duration. Up to 3 re-renders of the same project are included. Failed renders are never counted. Voiceover minutes: Minutes of synthesized narration, measured from the generated audio and rounded up to the nearest 0.1 minute. Thumbnail credits: One credit per rendered thumbnail concept (1280×720). Title suggestions do not consume thumbnail credits. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period. During a free trial, usage is capped at lower levels.

What happens if a video-generation job fails?

Accepted Answer

Failed renders are never counted against your video allowance, and usage reserved for a failed agent run is refunded automatically. The orchestrator retries temporary errors, keeps every completed step, and lets you resume or retry from the failed step. Charges already incurred with an external provider before a failure are recorded and marked as failed-job costs so you can see them.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners can cancel from Billing at any time. Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period and then stop renewing; you keep read access to your workspace on the Free tier afterwards. Cancelling during the 7-day trial ends the trial immediately and no payment is taken.

Is my channel data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every record is scoped to your organization and access is checked on every request. OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data, and conversion analytics on our website never include personal information. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.

How are AI API costs handled?

Accepted Answer

Every provider call records its cost against the agent run, video and channel. Before expensive work starts you see an estimate, and spending limits per video, channel (daily and monthly) and account are enforced: work that would exceed a limit pauses until you raise the limit or explicitly authorize it. Plan allowances cover usage made with platform-provided services; usage made with your own keys is billed to you by the provider.

Can I export my projects and reports?

Yes. Competitor reports export to CSV on every plan, to PDF on Creator Pro and Studio, and to JSON on Studio. Research reports export to PDF, cost ledgers to CSV, rendered videos, subtitles and thumbnails download directly, and a full account data export is available from Settings.
