Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Owners can cancel from Billing at any time. Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period and then stop renewing. Cancelling a trial ends it immediately; no payment is taken for trials.

Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades are processed by our payment provider with prorated charges or credits for the remainder of the billing period, as shown during checkout.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because allowances become available immediately. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, contact support within 14 days and we will review your request.

Usage

Failed video renders are never counted against your allowance, and usage reserved for failed agent runs is returned automatically. Charges made by third-party providers using your own API keys are between you and that provider.
