Terms of Service
1. The service
IntelligentTube provides software for researching, producing, publishing and analyzing YouTube content. Features that depend on third-party services (AI providers, YouTube, payment processing) are available only when those services are configured and are subject to their terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for any organization or YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
3. Subscriptions, trials and usage
Plans include the allowances shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Trials, where offered, have capped usage and convert to the Free tier unless you choose a paid plan.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Output generated by third-party AI providers is subject to those providers’ terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to anything you upload or publish.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property, mislead viewers, impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, circumvent platform rules or access controls, or mass-produce repetitive content in violation of YouTube policies.
6. No guarantees of results
We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, YouTube Partner Program acceptance or monetization. Financial tools provide scenarios from your assumptions, not forecasts.
7. Third-party services
YouTube publishing and analytics use Google APIs under the permissions you grant; you can revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or violations of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
