A feature says “not configured”.
The feature depends on an external service that has not been connected. Add the key in Integrations (or ask your administrator to configure it in the admin console), then use Test connection.
My competitor scan failed or skipped a channel.
Check Competitor Intelligence → Monitoring for the error. Common causes: the YouTube Data API daily quota is exhausted (scans resume after it resets), the channel was removed, or your plan’s monthly scan allowance is used.
An agent run is “Blocked by budget”.
The estimated cost would exceed a per-video, channel, account or provider limit. Raise the limit in Cost Management, or an Admin can authorize that single run from the AI Agent Control Center.
An agent run failed.
Open the run in the AI Agent Control Center to read the error. Temporary provider errors are retried automatically. Use Retry to run it again; completed steps of a workflow are never repeated, and usage reserved for the failed run is refunded.
Rendering failed quality assurance.
The QA panel lists the exact issue (for example a missing scene or long black segment). Replace or regenerate the affected scene and render again. Failed renders do not count toward your video allowance.
The script contains “[Writer: …]” notes.
The built-in template engine marks places where original, sourced material is required. Edit the script to replace them; publishing compliance checks block uploads until they are gone.
Upload to YouTube failed.
Reconnect the channel if its authorization expired, check the error on the publication, and publish again — interrupted uploads resume where they stopped and duplicates are prevented.
